Coconut Shy

Coconut shy is a traditional game frequently found as a sidestall at funfairs and fêtes. The game consists of throwing wooden balls at a row of coconuts balanced on metal posts. Typically a player buys three balls and wins when a coconut is dislodged.



Splat the Rat

The objective is simple: The stall holder holds the rat by its tail at the top of the drainpipe and then drops it without warning. The valiant customer must then hit the rat with the stick as it comes out of the bottom of the tube to win a prize.

Beer Pong

Beer Pong is generally played by teams of two in which each team takes turn throwing a table tennis ball into the other team's cups. Once a ball lands in a cup, the cup is taken away and the opponent then drinks the contents of the cup. If both team mates hit cups, the balls are rolled back and they get to shoot again.

Quoits

Quoits is a competition between two players or two teams of two players each. When there are two players, the competitors pitch their Quoits from the same foul line into the opposing pit. After the round, the players pitch from the alternate pit. This alternation continues until one player wins.

Giant Draughts

Draughts is played on an 8 x 8 board, with each player having 12 pieces. Each piece can only move forwards diagonally. Although if a piece gets to the end of the board, it will be crowned and become a King, which means it can move forward and backward. The goal of Draughts is to capture your opponent's pieces.

Tin Can Alley

How do I win? You get three bean bags to knock down as many tin cans as you can. Whoever knocks down the most, wins!



Ball in the Bucket

It looks simple: throw the ball and make it stay in the bucket to win a prize. But it's not as easy as it looks - no matter how you throw the ball it always seems to bounce back out!
